The bike is powered by a 123.94cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled, fuel-injected engine that produces around 10.6 bhp at 7,500 rpm and 11 Nm torque at 6,000 rpm. It is paired with a smooth 5-speed gearbox which gives better performance for daily city rides as well as highway cruising.
Mileage and Efficiency
Honda Shine has always been known for its fuel efficiency and the 2025 model continues the same legacy. With the addition of Honda’s Idle Start-Stop system, the bike delivers excellent mileage of around 55–60 kmpl, making it a very economical commuter motorcycle.

For the first time, Shine 2025 comes with a fully digital instrument cluster which shows fuel efficiency, distance-to-empty, service reminders, and gear position indicator.
